The ICC Board members are elected for a two year term at the AGM. Here are short profiles of the current members:
Kenny Morgan is Director of the Accounting Department and Management Board member of Trinity Corporate Services, a firm specialising in market entry services and outsourcing of accounting, payroll, and corporate secretarial services. Trinity employs 170 people and has three offices in Poland and a further three offices in the CEE region. He has lived in Poland for 15 years and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
Warren Landers is based in Łódz and is involved in the real estate and construction business there for the last five years through Landers Property. In addition to real-estate, Warren also advises on relocation and offers other consultancy services to companies and personnel relocating to the Łódz region. Warren also acts as the board's representative in the Łódz region.

Eddie Brannigan, Deputy Head of Mission, Embassy of Ireland, is originally from Dublin and continues to represent the Embassy of Ireland on the board.
Mike Hogan is the Director of the Enterprise Ireland office in Warsaw and has been working in Eastern Europe since 1991. He is a graduate of the University of Limerick, and has a MBA and a LLM from University College Dublin. Enterprise Ireland assists Irish companies wishing to export and develop their business in Poland and in parallel works with Polish companies wishing to trade with Ireland.
Dorothy Hansberry-Bieguńska is an American lawyer and is listed on the Warsaw's Advocate's Bar as a foreign attorney. She joined the ICC board in 2008.
