The ICC Board members are elected for a two year term at the AGM. Here are short profiles of the current members:

Kenny Morgan (President) - Trinity Corporate Services

Kenny Morgan is Director of the Accounting Department and Management Board member of Trinity Corporate Services, a firm specialising in market entry services and outsourcing of accounting, payroll, and corporate secretarial services. Trinity employs 170 people and has three offices in Poland and a further three offices in the CEE region. He has lived in Poland for 15 years and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Warren Landers (Treasurer) - Landers Property

Warren Landers is based in Łódz and is involved in the real estate and construction business there for the last five years through Landers Property. In addition to real-estate, Warren also advises on relocation and offers other consultancy services to companies and personnel relocating to the Łódz region. Warren also acts as the board's representative in the Łódz region.

Eddie Brannigan (Board Member) - Embassy of Ireland

Eddie Brannigan, Deputy Head of Mission, Embassy of Ireland, is originally from Dublin and continues to represent the Embassy of Ireland on the board.

Mike Hogan (Board Member) - Enterprise Ireland

Mike Hogan is the Director of the Enterprise Ireland office in Warsaw and has been working in Eastern Europe since 1991. He is a graduate of the University of Limerick, and has a MBA and a LLM from University College Dublin. Enterprise Ireland assists Irish companies wishing to export and develop their business in Poland and in parallel works with Polish companies wishing to trade with Ireland.

Dorothy Hansberry-Biegunska (Board Member) - PC Management

Dorothy Hansberry-Bieguńska is an American lawyer and is listed on the Warsaw's Advocate's Bar as a foreign attorney. She joined the ICC board in 2008.

Paul Armstrong (Board Member) - PM Group

Mathew O Shaughnessy (Board Member) - Taxplan

Matthew O'Shaughnessy is a Polish registered Tax Adviser and Partner at Taxplan Sp. z o.o., a Warsaw based tax advisory company. Matthew, who is originally from London, has an MBA from City Business School. Matthew came to Poland in 1992 and has spent nearly 20 years in tax advisory in Warsaw working for so-called Big Four accounting firms. In 2009, together with a colleague, Matthew set up Taxplan, a firm specialising in transfer pricing and international tax advisory. He is one of the few foreigners to complete the Polish tax adviser's exams. Matthew joined the ICC board in 2011.
